Home to three award winning independent kitchens, our Restaurant floor is a curation of the best cooking Manchester has to offer. From hearty Basque dishes and fresh pasta, to sophisticated Norwegian minimalism – our menu is brimming with global inspiration, working together for a unique dining experience.

Our cocktail list is a labour of love. From pre-dinner aperitifs and shorts to late night after dinner drinks, each cocktail is carefully crafted in house - infusing spirits, toasting ingredients and more right here at Exhibition.It’s not all about the cocktails. We’re proud to be the first venue to feature fresh MCR Union Lager straight from the tank, alongside local and international draught beers. Our extensive wine list offers something for all tastes and palates - a favourite of ours being our Vedejo on tap (trust us, it’s good).

AFTER DARK
