From hearty Basque dishes and Persian flatbreads, to sophisticated Norwegian minimalism – our menu is brimming with global inspiration, working together for a unique dining experience.

Our cocktail list is a labour of love. From pre-dinner aperitifs and shorts to late night after dinner drinks, each cocktail is carefully crafted in house - infusing spirits, toasting ingredients and more right here at Exhibition.It’s not all about the cocktails. We’re proud to have fresh beer on tank, alongside local and international draught beers. Our extensive wine list offers something for all tastes and palates.
Try our famous homemade shorts, 50ml cocktails that are perfect for after dinner drinks, party starters or ordered by the bottle, great for sharing. If we're known for anything, it's our Ex Oh! (trust us, it's good)

AFTER DARK
Join us late night as Exhibition transforms into the biggest party on Peter Street with nightly DJs, live singers and solo instrumentalists all joining the line up. Settle in, order up a cocktail and enjoy an eclectic mix of genres, every Wednesday-Sunday.
