Our two incredible independent kitchens collaborate to bring a fresh new take on the EXHBTN menu. Curated to complement their existing dishes, both kitchens bring their respective sensibilities and ethos of simple, fresh and delicious food.
Modern European meets Latin American influences here with Salmon Ceviche, Jalapeño Tuna Tostada and Soft Shell Crab Frito all featuring. Expect snacky bits great for sharing over a bottle of wine, with a produce led approach that lets the food speak for itself.

As always, join us from midday every Wednesday to Sunday. Lunch served 12-4pm every weekday.
