Global Inspiration. Local Heart.
Our open dining space in Exhibition will be home to three award-winning independent kitchens, all curated to showcase the best of Manchester. Three Kitchens, One Menu – flowing together seamlessly, creating an exceptional dining experience unlike any other.
It’s been tough keeping a lid on the identity of these fine folks until now (we’ve been positively bursting)… and so, the big the reveal. Feast your eyes on this stellar line up.
BARATXURI
Basque Fire Cookery
A well-loved favourite in Ramsbottom, Baratxuri is about big meat cuts and whole fish, all cooked over live fire in traditional Basque style. Their famous asado, raciones and pintxos will all feature. No nonsense, big flavour, proper food.
“I honestly believe that Exhibition will rival the great market kitchens of Bilbao and Madrid, bringing to Manchester a proper grown-up, casual yet really high quality dining experience.” – Joe Botham
SAO PAOLO BISTRO
Brazilian-British Fusion by Caroline Martins
Expect a more laid-back spin on Caroline’s fine-dining Ancoats residency, the Sao Paolo Project. The Great British Menu chef will bring her passion for working with small, local producers to bring inventive dishes that celebrate Brazilian cuisine.
“Exhibition is set to level-up the dining options in the centre of the city and become a real hotspot for anyone looking for delicious food with plenty of high quality drinks options in a stunning setting.” – Caroline Martins
OSMA
Scandinavian Small Plates
Named in the Michelin Guide within its first year of opening, the Prestwich restaurant takes inspiration from Oslo and Manchester – the home cities of it’s two founders, Danielle and Sofie. Now they bring their ethos of Scandinavian taste experiences with a relaxed edge to Exhibition.
“We can’t wait to bring OSMA to the city centre, and in such an incredible space. Great food and drinks with exciting art and music, all under one roof.” – Danielle Heron
