BASQUE FIRE COOKERYA well-loved favourite in Ramsbottom, Baratxuri is about big meat cuts and whole fish, all cooked over live fire in traditional Basque style. Their famous asado, raciones and pintxos will all feature. No nonsense, big flavour, proper food.
