Kitchens.

Currently home to three of Manchester’s best independent kitchens, our restaurant floor is a curation of the best dining experiences Manchester has to offer. For the best dining experience, our menu is designed to share and dishes come as and when they’re ready.

BARATXURI

BASQUE FIRE COOKERY

After an excellent stint as a local favourite in Ramsbottom, Joe and the Baratxuri brought their taste of Basque Country to Peter Street. Inspired by the great kitchens of Bilbao and San Sebastián, Baratxuri makes for a truly authentic dining experience. With an ethos of simple yet perfected cookery, almost every dish is kissed by fire using the traditional Rescoldo wood-fired grill.

Expect to see large cuts of meat, their famous Txuleton steaks and whole fish alongside smaller raciones such as Boquerones, Tortilla de Bilbao and Bacalao Pil Pil.

OSMA

SCANDI SMALL PLATES

Named by the Michelin Guide within their first year, Sofie and Danielle have been wowing visitors in their suburban Prestwich spot, OSMA, since 2020. Named in a nod to the home cities of the two founders, OSlo and MAnchester, OSMA takes cues from Scandinavian culture and cooking traditions. These guys are all about serving up taste experiences with a relaxed edge that showcase local and seasonal produce.

From open sandwiches and soups for lunch, to tempting small plates made for sharing in the evening - OSMA makes dishes that make people happy. Think “hygge” on a plate. Come say “hallo”!

JAAN by another hand

PERSIAN BREAD KITCHEN

From the team behind the award winning restaurant 'Another Hand', Max & Julian have created the concept of Jaan to showcase their dishes to a wider audience. They are also taking more steps to improve their sustainability, by opening a second kitchen in a fast paced venue this decreases food waste by taking unused or unsold produce from one kitchen to another. Having been in the Michelin guide 2022/23, good food guide 2022/23 and good food guide 100 best local restaurants 2023, Max & Julian are not one's to be missed.

It will make a centrepiece of Another Hand's hugely popular Wildfarmed house flatbreads along with large plates such as slow-cooked lamb shank, grilled octopus and chermoula chicken.
