Mancunian Masters of the Pasta @sudpasta open their Southern Italian Kitchen at Exhibition from Wednesday, 23rd August. Launching a fresh new season of Kitchens and Cocktails.
We’re huge fans of how Mike, Alex, Tony and the Sud Army do things – putting heart and soul into each and every plate. Join the Southern Italian Kitchen for small plates with big flavours, stone cold classic dishes and big ol’ plates of their famous pasta. Alongside all their legendary classics, the Sud team are bringing some new Southern Italian plates. All you need to do is come and try them.
SUD complete our Kitchen line up for Autumn / Winter 23, alongside Baratxuri, serving up Basque plates cooked over fire; and OSMA, creating simple and pure Scandi-inspired small plates.
