From Peru to Peter St, Barsol Pisco is crafted in small batches and bottled at their Ica estate. Distilled using fermented grapes, pisco is essentially a South American take on brandy (festive, right?).
The whole fruit. In house, we repurpose the husks from our freshly squeezed lemons and limes to make our own oleo – homemade syrups with an elegant citrus aroma. Delish.

Thursday nights see our musical curator Matt Ward take to the decks with a new guest DJ every week. From local heroes to up and coming talent – expect to hear experimental selections and undiscovered treasures alongside old favourites. Eclectic selectors, laidback vibe.
