Manchester, meet Onda. A collaboration from the team behind Gooey Bakery & Café and renowned Manchester chef Sam Astley-Dean, these guys bring their new fresh pasta concept to Exhibition from today, Wednesday 29th March.
A Fresh Pasta Bar
Casual, delicious and seasonal pasta dishes are the order of the day here, with the team sourcing the finest produce in the UK and beyond and making their pasta all fresh in house daily.
Expect to see classic dishes like Cacio e Pepe and Lumache alla Vodka alongside weekly innovative specials. On Sundays, Onda’s ten layer lasagnas will be the star of the show.
